WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategic planning and implementation of loss prevention structures
- Development and implementation of security strategies: creation and implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures
- Process optimization and security culture
- Management of high-risk security measures
- Project management in the area of loss prevention
- Creation of operational guidelines and technical specifications
- Conducting investigative loss prevention analyses
- Monitoring and coordination of external security service providers
- Regular review and updating of security guidelines
- Risk management and continuous risk analysis
- Audits and inspections of security standards in the warehouse
WHO YOU ARE
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant advanced security or risk related experience (e.g. in security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations, supply chain, auditing, regulatory compliance or similar)
- High level of integrity, discretion and absolute reliability
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and experience in working with ERP systems
- Reliable, structured and trustworthy way of working
- Hands-on mentality with pleasure in taking on and developing new tasks
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
