Junior Client Support Manager (f/m/d)

To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Junior Client Support Manager (f/m/d) based in our office in Leipzig.




  • Lifecycle management of hardware, operating systems, drivers, firmware and applications.
  • You will support clients (Mac and Windows, iOS), provision hardware for new employees, and configure, test, and hand over hardware to future colleagues.
  • User training for operation and handling of IT components
  • Work closely with the Applications & Support team
  • Participation in the development of new projects which are evaluated in collaboration with other departments
  • Entry into the responsibility of individual systems



  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree. Lateral entry is possible with suitable previous knowledge
  • Knowledge of the management tools Baramundi and Jamf Pro is an advantage
  • Ideally first experience in the administration of macOS as well as iOS
  • Experience with CLI and Shell is an advantage 
  • Sociability, ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Broad interest in the field of IT, flexibility in terms of content
  • Good knowledge of German, English is a plus
