Zur Unterstützung unseres  Teams suchen wir eine_n Junior Claims Coordinator (f/m/d) für unser Logistikzentrum in Leipzig.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Correspondence with our international suppliers regarding the processing of complaints, including the evaluation of the goods
  • Close cooperation with our Incoming Goods and Buying Team as well as with Customer Care and Personal Shopper Team
  • Coordination of the exchanges of goods and returns of goods on commission
  • Creating of shipment and customs documents, packing the returns as well as controlling the reviewed returns
  • Processing of credit notes and replacement deliveries

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed relevant commercial education
  • Very good knowledge in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills with external partners, negotiating skills, discretion and diligence
  • Ability to concentrate, focus and working passionately aa well as loyality
