Head of Inbound

To support our logistics team we are searching for Head of Inbound to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Responsible for all inbound material flows from our suppliers, customers, and other sites

Lead the team leads of the Incoming Goods, Claims, and Returns teams

Monitor and continuously improve inbound processes, including KPI analysis and reporting

Work closely with other departments and locations (internal and external)

Build, shape, and further develop the teams

Actively execute, manage, and participate in logistics projects

Work in close collaboration with the Site Manager
WHO YOU ARE
-
Successfully completed relevant vocational training or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics, retail, or wholesale

At least four years of leadership experience managing large operational teams

Strong negotiation skills and solid numerical acumen

Extensive experience in process analysis and process optimization

High level of commitment and sense of responsibility

Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus

Assertiveness, organizational talent, strong communication skills, and diplomatic finesse

Pragmatic approach and a positive attitude towards change

Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and resilience under pressure

Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems
