HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d)

To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare monthly payroll while ensuring compliance with current tax and social security regulations, and manage all related follow-up activities
- Independently handle reporting, notifications, and certificate management, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and other institutions
- Be responsible for maintaining employee records and managing absence administration
- Manage correspondence with employees
- Assist in audits and year-end closing processes
- Create reports, statistics, analyses, and provide general reporting
- Contribute to HR projects and support HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training or qualification as a tax clerk
- Initial professional experience in payroll or HR administration
- Proficiency in using DATEV, MS Office, Excel, and ATOSS
- Highly meticulous and accurate working style, with strong reliability and flexibility
- High level of integrity, discretion, and absolute dependability
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Good English and German language skills, both spoken and written
- Team player with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude
