To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Prepare monthly payroll while ensuring compliance with current tax and social security regulations, and manage all related follow-up activities
  • Independently handle reporting, notifications, and certificate management, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and other institutions
  • Be responsible for maintaining employee records and managing absence administration
  • Manage correspondence with employees
  • Assist in audits and year-end closing processes
  • Create reports, statistics, analyses, and provide general reporting
  • Contribute to HR projects and support HR processes

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Completed commercial training or qualification as a tax clerk
  • Initial professional experience in payroll or HR administration
  • Proficiency in using DATEV, MS Office, Excel, and ATOSS
  • Highly meticulous and accurate working style, with strong reliability and flexibility
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and absolute dependability
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Good English and German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Team player with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude
