To support our shipping team we are searching for a Division Manager Shipping (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Technical and disciplinary management of the shipping logistics team in collaboration with the other team leaders
Motivation and further development of the team
Participation in the creation of work instructions
Ensuring that the shipping process runs smoothly
Continuous optimization of work processes to increase efficiency
Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. warehouse, returns and customer care)
Active participation in logistics projects

WHO YOU ARE

Completed training or comparable qualification, e.g. in the field of warehouse logistics, in retail or wholesale
At least two years of experience in leading a team
Fluent in German and English
Assertiveness, organizational talent, communication skills, diplomatic skills and good manners
Flexibility, hands-on mentality and capability to work under-pressure
In-depth knowledge of using MS Office and warehouse management systems
