To support our Operations team we are searching for a Division Manager Incoming Goods (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

technical and disciplinary management of incoming good logistics team in collaboration with other team leaders and managers
motivation and further development of your team
participation in the creation of work instructions
ensuring that the Incoming Goods processes run smoothly
KPI reporting and planning
continuous improvement of work processes to increase efficiency
close cooperation with other departments (e.g. warehouse goods, shipping and return)
active participation in logistics projects

WHO YOU ARE

completed training or comparable qualification, e.g. in the field of warehouse logistics, e-commerce B2C/ B2B fulfilment centers
at least two years of experience in leading a team, ideally in a fast growing and international sourring
excellent German and English Skills in written and spoken
assertiveness, organizational talent, communication skills, diplomatic skills and good manners
flexibility, hands-on mentality and capability to work under-pressure
in-depth knowledge of using MS Office and warehouse management systems
