Client Support Manager (f/m/d)

To support our IT Client Support team we are searching for a Client Support Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.




  • Responsibility for the smooth functionality of the client landscape at our logistics site in Leipzig (Windows, MacOSX, iOS)
  • Working closely with the client management team at the Aschheim headquarters
  • Ensuring a successful onboarding experience for new employees
  • Managing and receiving more complex requests from other departments
  • Technical leadership and prioritization within the on-site team
  • Independent planning and implementation of internal projects in the IT area (also cross-departmental)
  • Process simplification, process optimization, process documentation



  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT administration / support
  • Good knowledge or qualification in the administration of Microsoft products
  • Knowledge of common notebook models in the business sector
  • First experience in Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM)
  • You find innovative solutions and like to help your colleagues with technical questions
  • Be a team player and enjoy your work and create a pleasant working atmosphere
  • Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German, English is a plus
