Client Support Manager (f/m/d)

To support our IT Client Support team we are searching for a Client Support Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsibility for the smooth functionality of the client landscape at our logistics site in Leipzig (Windows, MacOSX, iOS)
- Working closely with the client management team at the Aschheim headquarters
- Ensuring a successful onboarding experience for new employees
- Managing and receiving more complex requests from other departments
- Technical leadership and prioritization within the on-site team
- Independent planning and implementation of internal projects in the IT area (also cross-departmental)
- Process simplification, process optimization, process documentation
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT administration / support
- Good knowledge or qualification in the administration of Microsoft products
- Knowledge of common notebook models in the business sector
- First experience in Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM)
- You find innovative solutions and like to help your colleagues with technical questions
- Be a team player and enjoy your work and create a pleasant working atmosphere
- Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
- Very good written and spoken German, English is a plus
