To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor - US English to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.

Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process

Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails)

Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business

Continuous improvement of internal processes

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues

The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU ARE

Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of English at the native level; additional languages are a plus

Have a first experience in the customer care or any other service oriented industry

Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-data

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork

Proactive, good organizational skills and time management

Working computer skills required (MS-Office)

Experience with ticketing systems preferred
