Supervisor Fashion Editing (f/m/d)

To support our Creative department we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Supervisor Fashion Editing (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting team lead with team management and oversight of fashion editors (4 direct reports) and production cycle as well as  managing their performance and development through constant mentoring and annual reviews
  • Responsible for planning the workload of the entire fashion editing team, including booking of people and still life photographers
  • Setting goals and targets for the team, and ensuring production is running smoothly and within deadlines
  • Responsible for creative output of campaign imagery for Womenswear, Menswear and Kidswear

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in working in a production studio / creative agency / luxury e-commerce
  • Previous experience in managing people
  • Can do attitude and strong organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Proven fashion expertise and very advanced styling experience
  • Presentation skills, Keynote and basic Photoshop knowledge mandatory
  • Experience in briefing retouch and assessing final imagery
  • Solid expertise in shooting imagery on set and working with photo crews
