To support our Customer Care Team, we are currently searching for a service-oriented Supervisor (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.
- Day to day responsibility for managing one of our teams of Customer Care agents
- Providing a best in class customer service based on a good understanding of e-commerce businesses
- Setting personal objectives, targets and guidelines for the team members as well as assessing them in bi-annual reviews
- Ensuring implementation of coaching and training programs
- Supporting each team member in his/her personal and professional growth
- Continuous improvement of internal processes to strive for an excellent customer experience on every occasion
- Close cooperation with our Payment, Customs, Warehouse and Shipping departments
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English (native or near native), additional languages preferred
- Profound experience and passion for customer service, ideally gained in the ecommerce sector
- Experience in team management and a strong sense for teamwork
- Understanding of the specificities of customer service in English-speaking countries
- Solid working knowledge of MS-Office, experience with ticketing systems preferred
- Conscientiousness in dealing with sensitive customer-data
- Pro-active, organized and the ability to work under time pressure are essential
- Flexible attitude and positive approach to change
