(Senior) Online Marketing Manager – China (f/m/d)

- In charge of Performance Marketing activities in China and several Chinese speaking regions: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau
- Work with the China team to define the online marketing strategy for China. The strategy is then finalized with the company’s top management and reviewed on a regular basis
- Permanent liaison with other Mytheresa teams to ensure they provide the necessary support for Media Campaigns, Asset delivery, IT functionality, etc.
- Close work with B2B partners in the Business Development regions (Local Marketing Agencies, etc.) to develop long-term partnerships and to ensure Mytheresa fully leverage local Marketing Channels
- Create reports and provide analysis in order to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities and/or blockers.
- Market research and monitoring of competitors and their strategy
Your qualifications:
- More than 5 years experience in Performance Marketing for China
- Indepth knowledge of digital trends in online luxury fashion in China including competitive landscape and customer needs
- Experience with Chinese marketing channels especially Wechat, Weibo, Baidu and RED
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and multi-channel digital marketing
- Pro-active and reliable team player
- Strong analytical mindset and affinity to numbers, very good MS-Excel Skills
- Very good communication and organisational skills, someone who enjoys driving projects with numerous interfaces across the company.
- Result driven and high standards in quality and precision
- Passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiative
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese with an efficient communication style
