Senior Ad-Tech Analyst (f/m/d)

We are currently searching for a highly motivated Senior Ad-tech Analyst (f/m/d) for the Marketing Intelligence team to be based either in Munich or Barcelona.

Your responsibilities:

  • You take control of data collection for all performance marketing activities by being the main point of contact for any tag management and tracking topics
  • By continuously optimising our tracking set up, you make a valuable contribution to the quality of analysis
  • You work closely with data analysts (within marketing intelligence, but also across other teams such as CRM and Web Analytics) and IT to challenge current processes and understand in depth the data we collect and how to make the best of it
  • You monitor and further improve both client- and server-side tracking solutions as well as data exchange with third party vendors such as Adwords, Criteo, Commission Junction and Linkshare
  • In close collaboration with IT development, you will be responsible for the management and further optimisation of our in-house product data feed engine
  • You assist users across the company in setting up and maintaining their product data feeds in our feed management tool
  • You take charge of continuous optimization, monitoring, and quality check-ups of already existing processes & daily business

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in computer science, (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, or another relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience within an a technical role (such as ad-tech, technical consultant or support, web/marketing analytics), ideally in an e-commerce environment or online marketing
  • Very good skills in MS Excel, JavaScript and HTML.
  • Previous experience working with tag management tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, TagCommander), marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, MixCommander) as well as feed management tools (Channelpilot, Productsup, etc.)
  • Understanding of business drivers with a strong analytical mindset and affinity to numbers
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising landscape and performance marketing channels
  • Result driven and high standards in quality and precision
  • You are a passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiative
  • Fluent in Business English
