Junior Client Support Manager (f/m/d)

In order to further expand the already excellent market position and to achieve above-average growth in a rapidly growing market, we are looking for a motivated Junior Client Support Manager (f/m/d) full-time to support our IT team in the field of technical administration.
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support administrators in day-to-day business and larger projects
  • Installation of hardware and software, especially Mac OSX
  • Participation in the development of new projects with internal departments and pre-conception of solutions
  • Processing of operational tasks in the field of IT administration
  • Responsibility for the whole technical process of Mac OSX devices (Enrollment / Troubleshooting / Inventory / Softwaremanagement) 
  • Get responsible for individual systems

Your qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in IT administration or Bachelor in Computer science or comparable completed studies
  • First experience in the administration of Mac OSX
  • Broad interest in IT
  • Being proactive, having a positive mindset
  • Good English skills, German is a plus
